The Fluessen is the sporting event location on the water in Friesland. The location is suitable for business and leisure meetings due to the multi - functional spaces. From meeting location to workshop inside and outside or on the water.

The five B&B rooms are all on the 1st floor and have their own entrance, The B&B Rooms can be reached by a comfortable steel staircase. Each room has its own atmosphere and design. The Family Room with a view over the Fluessen. The Terrace Room, Land Room and Fluessen Room look out over the terrace to the side. The Luxury room is on the ground floor and suitable for disabled people.
The B&B rooms each have comfortable mattresses, pillows and duvets. The beds are made and clean towels are provided. The delicious breakfast buffet is available for our guests between 08.30 and 10 am in the Orangerie. The Orangerie is located on the terrace which is used for the restaurant.

Kitchenette
B & B guests can use a kitchenette on the 1st floor .This is equipped with a fridge, stove, microwave and there’s the possibility to make coffee and tea. In the Luxury room we provide coffee and tea making facilities.

Sanitary
All rooms have their own washbasin with hot and cold running water.
At the beginning of the hallway on the 1st floor there is a bathroom with a modern rain shower, sink and toilet for shared use. There is a second toilet at the end of the hall.
The Family Room on the 1st floor has its own shower cabin. The Luxury room on the ground floor has a spacious private bathroom with sink, walk-in shower and toilet.

Slaapkamers/Bedden
The Family Room has a double bed and a separate single bed, on request a 4th bed can be placed at an additional cost. The Terrace Room has 2 extra long loose box-spring beds that can also be put together.
The Landkamer has 2 extra long box-spring beds next to each other. The Fluessen room has a double Auping bed to ensure a good night’s sleep.
For the little ones there is a cot available which can be placed in the rooms.

Terras
When the sun is out it is wonderful to use our roof terrace which you reach through the kitchenette. This place offers a beautiful view over the Fluessen.
Here you can enjoy the sun, play a game or read a book in peace. This terrace is exclusively for our B&B guests and not accessible to other guests on the site.
